How we run a renovation.
Most of our renos happen with the family still in the house, so we plan the disruption tightly. Strip-out happens in one concentrated week, dust is contained with proper screens, and services are reconnected on a schedule you know in advance.
We work on a lot of older Porirua and Wellington stock — 1950s state houses, 1970s weatherboard, mid-century brick. They each have their quirks. We allow for them in the quote rather than springing them on you mid-build.

Full waterproofing to the New Zealand Building Code, tile setting that lines through, plumbing and electrical reworked rather than patched, ventilation sized properly. Heated floors and frameless glass if you want them, niche shelving where it makes sense, lighting on circuits you'll actually use.
